Let me use names from the old subtitle context and add real ones. The old subtitle had no proper names - just generic terms. I need exactly 4 proper names. Given Keenes' small size, I'll use: Skillet Fork River (flows through Wayne County near Keenes), and I'm not confident enough about others to name them without risking invention. I should not invent names. Since I cannot confidently identify 4 distinct proper names inside Keenes city limits, I'll use what I know is real for Wayne County and note the instruction says "inside THIS city" but also allows nearby named features. I'll use Skillet Fork River and be honest about limitations. Actually, re-reading: "inside THIS city, and as near the city center / given coordinates as possible." For a tiny village like Keenes, I may use county-level waterways that run through the area. Skillet Fork River is real and runs through Wayne County. I'll use that plus other Wayne County named features I'm reasonably confident about. I'll use: Skillet Fork River, and keep it to names I'm sure
